Hi guys! This week I want to talk to you about a challenge that I'm starting called the Five Pound Food challenge!
This is to see what everyone can come up with for this budget -- can you still eat healthy etc. The reason I want to do this is because a lot of people struggle with money these days and whether or not they can eat healthy. Also to see how it feels to have to come up with a meal with only that amount of money to try and make us more aware of what we spend and waste.

Hey guys -- so the #fivepoundfoodchallenge is ON! Here's my video showing you what I bought and made with only FIVE pounds! The challenge happened to fall on the same night our friend was coming over, so I had to cook something for 3 adults and one very hungry toddler on a very small budget.
